As we approach the last few weeks of winter, we reflect on what has been a remarkable 7 months. The implementation phase of the KST programme is in full swing and currently 173 schools are engaged in the programme. Infrastructure has commenced in 38 of the 145 schools scheduled to receive infrastructure development in 2014.
