Fukama Primary School Educators Advance Leadership Skills through our School Leadership Training

Educators from Fukama Primary School recently continued their journey in the School Leadership Advancement (SLA) Training at the Riviera on Vaal Lodge. Supported by African Bank, the three-day programme focused on what it truly means to lead with heart and purpose.

Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, educators explored leadership as an act of service, building trust, enabling collaboration, and recognising the unique strengths of each team member. The sessions encouraged participants to view leadership not only as a role but as a responsibility to inspire, empower, and uplift both peers and learners.

The SLA Training forms part of Adopt-a-School Foundation’s ongoing Whole School Development model, aimed at equipping educators with the skills and confidence to drive sustainable change within their schools and communities.
