The Adopt-a-School Foundation’s theory of change asserts to build functional schools for learners in South Africa rests on the implementation of a holistic model that considers four pillars:

  • Infrastructure
  • Curriculum development
  • Welfare and community involvement

Holistic implementation of this model is critical to achieving the Foundation’s vision of creating a dynamic, transformed and accessible schooling environment that produces capable global citizens to meet the developmental needs of Southern Africa.
