It was a fun-filled and inspiring day at Kwazamokuhle Secondary School, where learners explored the exciting world of Coding and Robotics during the Robo Series Competition, proudly funded by Adapt IT Holdings Proprietary Limited. Adapt IT adopted the school in 2023 to support the rollout of Coding and Robotics as part of the school’s learning programme.

The Coding and Robotics programme is designed to equip learners with essential digital, analytical, and problem-solving skills that are vital in today’s technology-driven world. Learners are introduced to the fundamentals of coding logic, automation, and robotics engineering, enabling them to think creatively, design innovative solutions, and build confidence in using technology to address real-world challenges.

This initiative forms part of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Curriculum Enhancement Pillar, which aims to prepare learners for the future world of work by fostering curiosity, innovation, and technical literacy from a young age.

The competition brought together bright young minds eager to demonstrate their creativity and teamwork. The Grade 8 and 9 learners stood out for their passion and technical excellence, earning recognition for their impressive performances. Every participant walked away a winner, inspired, motivated, and ready to keep learning and innovating.

Thanks to Adapt IT Holdings Proprietary Limited for their valued partnership and commitment to advancing digital education. Together, we are nurturing the innovators and leaders of tomorrow.
