The Foundation is very excited to share that work has been completed, with the entire construction of three whole new schools in Amajuba, KwaZulu-Natal. These schools were formerly mud schools and the Foundation was involved in the holistic implementation of Whole School Development. Work at Enhlahleni Primary School was completed in March, whilst Lembe and Ingweniphaphama Primary Schools were launched on the 18th of July 2018.
On the 20th and 21st of October, the Foundation hosted a spectacles handover that benefited 288 learners. The spectacle handover was part of a broader Visual Support Programme funded by Merafe Resources, which screened over 2 900 learners.
