The Adopt-a-School Foundation proudly hosted the School Leadership Advancement Programme on 19th October 2024, aimed at enhancing the leadership skills of the School Governing Body (SGB) and the School Management Team (SMT) at Nageng Primary School in Vosloorus. Funded by Siqalo Foods, this training session was designed to equip school leaders with essential tools and strategies to foster a collaborative and effective school environment.
Through this initiative, the Foundation seeks to empower school leadership to drive positive change, improve educational outcomes, and establish a sustainable leadership culture within the school community.
The session was tailored to address the specific needs of Nageng Primary School’s leadership teams, providing practical insights into governance, management practices, and effective communication.
