On May 4th, the Leadership and Curriculum team had the fantastic opportunity to host Lot Phalatse Primary School for their School Leadership Advancement Programme, made possible through the generous funding provided by Sasria SOC Ltd. The session was an enriching experience designed to cultivate a sense of collaboration and drive productivity within the school community.
As part of the programme, the school’s Action Plan was crafted with great care. At the same time, a dynamic team-building session was organised for the dedicated school staff and the newly elected School Governing Body (SGB) members. The exchange of ideas and experiences during the programme was incredibly fruitful, facilitating the development of a unified understanding of the school’s vision, mission, and strategic goals among all participants.
