The School Leadership Advancement Programme is the first intervention of the Whole School Development model.
The programme aims to empower educators and the School Management with strong leadership skills to function as leaders whilst improving teamwork and leadership practice in the school. Further, the programme instils a shared vision and values to assist the educators and school Management in achieving their primary work goals.
The Foundation was delighted to host the School Leadership Advancement Programme for Mabhodla Primary School, funded by Grindrod. The training took place from the 1 st to the 3 rd of July 2022 for 22 delegates. The workshop delegates included the Circuit Manager and 20 Mabhodla Primary School educators.
