Africa Foundation for Sustainable Development is in the process of installing a 7kW solar system at Emjindini Primary School. The system will save the school at least 10% off their total electricity bill.

A local electrician is being trained to become the systems on site manager and deal with any issues which may arise.

All relevant stakeholders within the school will be trained on the system, solar PV, Solar Desk Lamp Training and Entrepreneurial Training.
